At Least Two Killed In Russian Strikes On Central Ukraine

At least two people were killed and 15 wounded in the central Ukrainian city of Dnipro in a Russian missile attack early on April 19, Serhiy Lysak, chief of the Dnipropetrovsk region's administration, said on Telegram.
