Banjska Attack Has Been Setback For Serbia-Kosovo Dialogue Process, Ambassador Says

The U.S. Ambassador to Serbia says an attack last month by armed Serbs on a village in northern Kosovo has proved “quite harmful” to the dialogue process between Serbia and Kosovo, but he says there is still an opportunity to get the process back on track.
