IL MERCATO DEGLI SCHIAVI
Gli avvenimenti di questi giorni a Lampedusa e in Europa sono la rappresentazione più efficace di quella “guerra agli emigranti e agli immigrati” e del connesso razzismo di stato che da anni sistematicamente denunciamo e combattiamo.
La polizia dello stato italiano che si esercita in “cariche di alleggerimento” su migliaia di emigranti arrivate/i esausti, affamati, disidratati, spesso feriti nel fisico, sempre interiormente, da lunghi terribili cammini, dando loro il benvenuto con i manganelli e le minacce sul territorio dell’Unione europea. Ad agire in questa maniera è uno stato capitalistico che si vanta di essere tra le 10 massime potenze economiche del mondo e pretende di decidere per il meglio il destino del mondo, ma non è in grado neppure di dare da mangiare e da bere qualcosa a poche migliaia di immigrati, tant’è che molti di loro sono andati a bussare alle case degli abitanti di Lampedusa e alle chiese per ricevere un trattamento meno disumano o, addirittura, umano.
E se non bastasse, sulla scia di questi arrivi è partito una volta ancora l’infame circo mediatico anti-immigrati. Un circo in cui un ministro della repubblica, la canaglia di lungo corso Matteo Salvini, strepita come un ossesso di “invasione”, “atto di guerra”, “sistema criminale organizzato”, manovre della Germania ed altre occulte cose. Per fare cosa? Per dare ad intendere che “noi”-Italia non vogliamo questi “invasori”, laddove la canaglia di massa che lui rappresenta e protegge, composta dai piccoli e medi imprenditori padani (e italiani), ha fatto e fa le sue fortune da almeno trent’anni sulla pelle, i nervi e le ossa, spesso sulla vita, di questi “invasori” cavandogli anche l’anima. Sta tornando in campo, come ipotesi, addirittura la vecchia proposta della Meloni: schierare la marina e l’aeronautica militare, chiudere i confini, affondare nel Mediterraneo quanti più emigranti possibile affinché diventi più credibile il messaggio che il nemico del “popolo italiano”, dei lavoratori italiani in particolare, sta fuori dai confini nazionali. E da questo temibile nemico dobbiamo “tutti insieme” proteggerci con la necessaria violenza.
Senonché… senonché la suddetta è andata più volte in Africa, di recente, con la sua piccola carcassa lucidata a nuovo, o con la sua immaginazione, per vendere l’Italia come “amica dell’Africa”, addirittura da “amica alla pari”, nello spasmodico tentativo di occupare gli spazi che il decrepito imperialismo francese alla quasi-bancarotta sta perdendo, e con ignominia, giorno dopo giorno. La “soluzione finale” da lei sognata non sarebbe certo il miglior biglietto da visita per essere apprezzati in un’Africa che si sta facendo audace fino al punto che un qualsiasi Kaïs Saïed, presidente di una Tunisia con l’acqua alla gola, può prendere a pedate una delegazione di deputati socialisti europei andati lì per la solita ispezione da padroni del mondo – l’ha fatto per rappresaglia contro l’UE in quanto non gli sono arrivati i fondi del FMI promessi dalla UE. Un’audacia che viene a questi governanti dal timore di essere disarcionati dai propri “popoli”, com’è accaduto a personaggi di ben altra caratura di Saïed – un Mubarak, tanto per dire.
La “piccola”, irrisolvibile contraddizione di fronte a cui si sta trovando il governo di Roma e l’UE intera è: come fare ad accreditarsi agli occhi di masse africane sempre più ribelli e “pretenziose” come i loro veri amici, a differenza di Cina e Russia, sbarrando le porte dell’Europa agli emigranti africani e precipitandoli in massa nelle acque del Mediterraneo più di quanto non sia accaduto finora? Si rischia davvero di farsi tagliare fuori dal più grande scrigno di tesori naturali da esplorare, dalla più smisurata riserva di manodopera nel mondo dei prossimi decenni.
Eppure, nonostante questo rischio, terribile per un’Europa che perde terreno a vista d’occhio nei confronti degli Stati Uniti da un lato, della Cina e degli emergenti Brics dall’altro, anche Germania, Francia e, ieri, Austria fanno il viso delle armi contro emigranti e profughi sbarcati in Italia. Rafforzano i controlli alle frontiere, sospendono il cosiddetto “meccanismo di solidarietà” che prevedeva l’accettazione di una piccolissima quota di “dublinanti” – ossia i profughi che hanno attraversato l’Italia, per poi farsi una vita in altri paesi europei, salvo finire impigliati nella rete Eurodac, la banca dati delle impronte digitali, e quindi dover essere rispediti in Italia. La quarta economia del mondo andrebbe in tilt per qualche migliaio di profughi africani? Questo il messaggio martellante diffuso dall’alto anche da una ministra social-democratica, alla rincorsa di analoghi messaggi spacciati dall’Afd, dalla Cdu e dai liberali: guerra ai pericolosi stranieri “illegali”. Meglio: illegalizzati dalle legislazioni nazionali ed europee per renderli più ricattabili, merce a basso costo per questa Europa declinante che deve sempre più ricorrere all’abbassamento del costo del lavoro e al super-sfruttamento per limitare le perdite rispetto ai suoi concorrenti, grandi e perfino piccoli.
Insomma: quello andato in scena in questi giorni è un altro atto dell’interminata tratta, dello storico mercato degli schiavi africani. Dopotutto, fini e metodi degli schiavisti, del “sistema criminale organizzato” di cui i Salvini e le Meloni sono degni portavoce (zelanti allievi dei maestri “di sinistra” Napolitano e Minniti), non sono cambiati. Nei rabbiosi versi della poetessa Mak Mamabolo: “Perciò ripeto / Quando tra la tratta degli schiavi e oggi / ci siamo detti che i loro metodi erano cambiati / QUANDO?!?”.
Ancora una volta emerge che la guerra del capitale e degli stati agli emigranti e agli immigrati è una questione-chiave per la rinascita del movimento proletario internazionale – come non ci stancheremo di ripetere ad orecchie che appaiono ancora, in molti casi, turate, anche tra quanti osano, svergognando il comunismo, definirsi “comunisti” (gli esponenti “rosso”-bruni alla Marco Rizzo e i loro codazzi, tanto per fare qualche nome), mentre sono in realtà solo residui di spazzatura borghese.
Solidarietà incondizionata ai nostri fratelli e sorelle di classe immigrati, e agli sfruttati e sfruttate dell’Africa in rivolta contro i paesi imperialisti e contro i propri governanti collusi!

THE SLAVE MARKET
The events of recent days in Lampedusa and in Europe are the most effective representation of that “war on emigrants and immigrants” and the related state racism that we have been systematically denouncing and fighting for years.
The Italian state police carrying out “lightening charges” on thousands of emigrants who arrived exhausted, hungry, dehydrated, often wounded physically, always internally, from long terrible journeys, welcoming them with truncheons and threats on the territory of the European Union… Acting in this way is a capitalist state that boasts of being among the 10 greatest economic powers in the world and claims to decide the fate of the world for the best, but is not even able to give food and drink to a few thousands of immigrants, so that many of them were obliged to knock on the houses of the inhabitants of Lampedusa and on the churches to receive less inhuman or even humane treatment.
And if that wasn’t enough, in the wake of these arrivals the infamous anti-immigrant media circus once again set off to scream and peddle its lies. A circus in which a minister of the republic, the long-time scoundrel Matteo Salvini, screams like an obsessive about “invasion”, “act of war”, “organized criminal system”, German maneuvers and other occult things. To do what? To make it clear that “we”-Italy do not want these “invaders”, whereas the mass scoundrel that he represents and protects, made up of small and medium-sized Po Valley (and Italian) entrepreneurs, has made and is making its fortunes for at least thirty years on the skin, nerves and bones, often on the lives, of these “invaders”. Even Meloni’s old proposal is coming back into play as a hypothesis: deploy the Italian navy and the military air force, close the borders, sink as many emigrants as possible in the Mediterranean so that becomes more credible the message that the enemy of the “Italian people”, of Italian workers in particular, lies outside national borders. And we must “all together” protect ourselves from this fearful enemy with the necessary violence.
Except… except that the aforementioned [Meloni] has gone to Africa several times, recently, with her little carcass polished up again, or with her imagination, to sell Italy as a “friend of Africa”, even as a “friend to equal”, in the frantic attempt to occupy the spaces that the decrepit, almost bankrupt French imperialism is losing, and with ignominy, day after day. The “final solution” she dreamed of would certainly not be the best business card to be appreciated in an Africa that is becoming bold to the point that any Kaïs Saïed, president of a Tunisia with water up his throat, can take kicked out a delegation of European socialist deputies who went there for the usual inspection as masters of the world – he did it in retaliation against the EU because his government did not receive the IMF funds promised by the EU. An audacity that comes to these rulers from the fear of being unseated by their own “people”, as happened to people of a much different caliber than Saïed – a Mubarak, for instance.
The “small”, unsolvable contradiction facing the government of Rome and the entire EU is: how to gain credibility in the eyes of the increasingly rebellious and “pretentious” African masses as their true friends (unlike China and Russia…), barring the doors of Europe to African emigrants and throwing them en masse into the waters of the Mediterranean more than has happened so far? There is a real risk of being cut off from the greatest treasure chest of natural treasures to be explored, from the most immense reserve of manpower in the world in the coming decades.
Yet, despite this risk, which is terrible for a Europe that is visibly losing ground towards the United States on the one hand, China and the emerging Brics on the other, Germany, France and Austria also show their face of weapons against emigrants and refugees who landed in Italy. They strengthen border controls, suspend the so-called “solidarity mechanism” which provided for the acceptance of a very small quota of “Dublinarians” – that is, refugees who crossed Italy, to then make a better life for themselves in other European countries, only to end up entangled in the Eurodac network, the fingerprint database, and therefore having to be sent back to Italy. Would the fourth largest economy in the world [Germany] go haywire for a few thousand African refugees? This is the pounding message spread from above also by a social-democratic minister, in pursuit of similar messages peddled by the AfD, the CDU and the liberals: war on dangerous “illegal” foreigners. Better: illegalized by national and European legislation to make them more blackmailable, a low-cost commodity for this declining Europe which must increasingly resort to lowering labor costs and super-exploitation to limit losses compared to its competitors, large and even little ones.
In short: what took place in recent days is another act of the endless trade of the historic African slave market. After all, the aims and methods of the slavers, of the “organized criminal system” of which Salvini and Meloni are worthy spokesmen (zealous students of the “left-wing” masters Napolitano and Minniti), have not changed. In the angry verses of the poet Mak Mamabolo: “So I repeat / When between slave trade and now / Did we assume their ways had changed / WHEN?!?”.
Once again it emerges that the war of capital and capitalist states on emigrants and immigrants is a key issue for the rebirth of the international proletarian movement – as we will never tire of repeating to ears that still appear, in many cases, to be blocked, even among people who dare, shaming communism, to define themselves as “communists” (the “red”-brown exponents like Marco Rizzo and their cohorts, just to name a few), while in reality they are just remnants of bourgeois rubbish.
Unconditional solidarity with our immigrant class brothers and sisters, and with the exploited men and women of Africa in revolt against the imperialist countries and their own colluding rulers!
