Are you tired of paying for water that's more brown than your morning coffee? Us too! So today we’ve launched the 'Don't Pay for Dirty Water' campaign, aimed at mobilizing 10,000 people to boycott their wastewater bills and put an end to the reckless practice of dumping 11 billion liters of raw sewage into UK rivers and seas annually. WHY THE STINK? In 2022 alone, England and Wales dumped raw sewage 825 times a day into our waters. Meanwhile, in the same year, water company shareholders were swimming in £965 million. Seriously, we’re paying through the nose for a cesspool! Caz Dennett, one of the brave boycotters, said: "It is a total rip-off to keep paying for a service you aren't getting. If 10,000 people join, it will cost companies millions, and they will start listening because money is the only language they understand.
