EU Envoy Says Agreement Reached By Leaders Of Kosovo, Serbia Is Turning Point On Road To Normalization

Miroslav Lajcak, the EU envoy for the dialogue between Pristina and Belgrade, believes that an agreement reached between Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and Kosovar Prime Minister Albin Kurti represents a turning point in the process of normalization of relations.
