Flash Flooding Kills At Least 33 People In Kabul, Other Afghan Regions

Flash flooding caused by heavy rains has destroyed hundreds of homes and killed at least 33 people over the past three days in the Afghan capital, Kabul, and across the country, the de facto Taliban rulers said.
