We have just learned from our legal team that the first court hearing for the death of Adil Belakhdim will be held the 20th January at the Novara courthouse, from 10.15am.
He was run over and killed by a scab truck driver outside the gates of Biandrate’s Lidl, during the logistics national strike on the 8th of June 2021.
During the hearing, the Si Cobas will call a rally in Novara. Every worker, ally, social and political movements and unions are invited to join and show their support.
We will communicate details about the rally and protest initiatives shortly.
We aim for the maximum exposure and participation.

Abbiamo appreso poco fa dai nostri legali che il giorno 20 gennaio 2023 alle ore 10.15 davanti al tribunale di Novara ci sarà la prima udienza per la morte di Adil Belakhdim, ammazzato da un camionista crumiro fuori ai cancelli Lidl di Biandrate durante lo sciopero nazionale della logistica del 18 giugno 2021.
Il SI Cobas in concomitanza con l’udienza terrà una manifestazione a Novara, alla quale si invitano alla massima partecipazione tutti i lavoratori, i solidali, le forze sociali, sindacali e politiche di classe e tutti i sinceri democratici.
A breve comunicheremo le modalità dell’iniziativa al fine di consentire la più ampia partecipazione possibile.

Nous venons d’apprendre par nos avocats que le 20 janvier 2023 à 10h15 devant le tribunal de Novara aura lieu la première audience pour la mort d’Adil Belakhdim, tué par un chauffeur de camion briseur de grève devant les portes de Lidl à Biandrate pendant la grève nationale de la logistique du 18 juin 2021.
Le SI Cobas, en collaboration avec l’audience, organisera une manifestation à Novara, à laquelle sont invités à participer tous les travailleurs, les forces de solidarité, sociales, syndicales et de classe politique, ainsi que tous les démocrates sincères.
Nous communiquerons prochainement les modalités de l’initiative afin de permettre la participation la plus large possible.
