Kyiv Says Telegram Blocked Ukrainian Intelligence Bots

The Ukrainian Defense Ministry's Main Intelligence Directorate (HUR) says the Telegram messaging platform has blocked a number of official bots, including the chatbot used by Ukrainian intelligence.
