The UK Team of ‘Resist Glencore’ are here at their UK HQ in solidarity with frontline communities in Colombia fighting against the neocolonial violence at the hands of this Anglo-Swiss mega-mining corporation. On November 2nd, an essential Public Hearing took place in the Colombian Congress. Fourteen representatives from local communities, trade unions, women, and peasant collectives had a unique opportunity to shed light on the violence and devastation caused by Glencore's mining activities in their region.
