Victoria police say 44-year-old man apprehended at reservoir in Harcourt North on Monday morning with help of police air wing
A man has been arrested over the death of a woman found at a home in the regional Victorian city of Bendigo, where two uninjured children were also discovered.
Police said that emergency services were called to the Kangaroo Flat home, after receiving reports that a 46-year-old woman had been injured at about 11.50pm on Sunday.
