Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Officer, Information and Media Practice

IREX seeks a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Officer candidate for a USAID funded five-year media development activity that aims to ensure the survival of independent media in response to closing democratic space in Central America. The program will contribute to a viable independent media sector in Central America, foster an ecosystem that sees the survival of independent media, and increase the ability to safely practice reliable and credible journalism that reaches and engages Central Americans.
