Portrait of Scott Pruitt, former administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency, will be unveiled Friday

The EPA will host the official portrait unveiling Friday of former chief Scott Pruitt, who resigned in 2018 amid controversy over his spending, treatment of staff, ties to lobbyists and one very expensive phone booth.
