The Producer will work with the other members of the production and training department to produce high quality radio, television and digital outputs. The Producer will be responsible for ensuring that the produced outputs fulfil thematic objectives whilst having the largest possible appeal within the target audience[s]. The Producer is expected to initiate and drive the entire production process of any radio, television or digital output from concept development to delivery of the final product. The role reports to the head of production.
