Programme Development & Partnerships Adviser

The Programme Development & Partnership (PDP) Adviser is based in IMS’s cross-cutting Gender, Organisational Learning and Development (GOLD) team, working closely with management, cross-cutting expert advisers and programme teams. The GOLD unit is responsible for cross-institutional advice, development and roll-out of programme cycle management tools and resources, monitoring and evaluation, learning, knowledge management, furthering diversity, inclusion, and equity in implementation, and IMS’s approach to working in trust-based partnerships. In addition, GOLD coordinates IMS’ strategic partnerships with key donors (Sida, Danida and Norway).
