Public-Private Partnerships? People and Planet Over Profits!

In the second iteration of our infographics series focusing on key concepts that explain and influence the work of the United Nations around the Financing for Development process, we look at a Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) and the role these play in the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the Agenda 2030.

While PPPs are portraited by many in the multilateral arena as the key path to achieve the SDGs, in reality, they are a corporate tool for the privatization of essential public services.
