Toqaev Says Kazakhstan To Hold Referendum On Controversial Nuclear Plant Plan

Kazakhstan's president, Qasym-Zhomart Toqaev, has said the country will hold a referendum over building a controversial nuclear power plant, its first, in a lakeside village amid fears it will destroy the environment.
