U.S. Judge Clears Way For Seizure Of $5.4 Million In Assets Belonging To Russian Oligarch

A federal district judge in New York ruled on February 2 that prosecutors may seize $5.4 million belonging to Russian oligarch Konstantin Malofeyev, paving the way for the funds to be used to help rebuild Ukraine.
