Wall Street hangs near record on its way to yet another winning week

Stocks are hanging near record heights, on track to close yet another winning week. The S&P 500 was up 0.1% early Friday and could finish above the 5,000 level for the first time. The index is heading for its 14th winning week in the last 15. The Dow edged down 15 points, and the Nasdaq composite was up 0.4% to pull closer to the record it set in 2021. Cloudflare was the latest company to soar after reporting stronger profit than analysts expected. The cloud-services company signed its largest new customer and its largest renewal on record.
